Word Study is a crucial part of each day in our classroom. Your child will be focusing on the advanced alphabetic code in class. During WIN time, your child will be working in small groups with me to learn and apply concepts he/she may need support with.
Below is a list of our words to support word study for each week of our school year. You can also use Spelling City/Vocabulary A to Z to help with word study at home. A link to that program is found on Clever.
The assessment/test schedule will vary based on the number of word study activities we do each week. Please refer to the planner texted to you each day for assessment dates.
